What can we really answer this question if you do not know?
If you do not even know if it is a good or bad. If you do not know how to stand for anything, especially themselves.
If you think on the one hand, go to a (relatively) good and you know deep down in that the not true ...

On the surface my life runs so very well. But why do I so often do not rejoice? Why is enough for me not what I have?
